ABOUT US
We function as a five-fold ministry with the passion to create a culture of biblical integrity that is married to supernatural discipleship, that we may display the love and power of God in our region and city. We are a family of revivalists, worshipers, intercessors, and reformers who equip the people of God for the work of ministry. You have a purpose and are called to be powerful in the kingdom!

Our 7 Cultural Pillars
All of our worship is centered on the celebration of who God is and what He’s done for us, therefore we are extravagant worshipers. We minister to the Lord through our worship and usher in His presence and kingdom. Psalm 22:3, 30:11, 66:2, 100, Mark 14:3-9, 2 Corinthians 3:18.
We are a culture of discipleship. We teach a biblical worldview, help activate people in the gifts of the Spirit and offer personal mentorship. We equip the generations to know God through the Spirit and Word.
Matthew. 28:20, Mark 16:15-18, Acts 2:42, Ephesians 4, Jude 3
Intercession is part of God’s strategy to build His kingdom on the earth. We are a house of prayer for all nations; we bind the works of the enemy and loose the solutions of God’s kingdom in Jesus name. We pray from God’s word with the help of the Holy Spirit.
Isaiah 56:7, Isaiah 59:16, Matthew 16:19
Honor is a standard we seek to demonstrate in every aspect of our community. It’s showing integrity and love in conflict, in communication and in how we celebrate and empower one another.
Acts 2:46-47, Ephesians 4:11-12
Jesus taught us to pray Your kingdom come.. on earth as it is in heaven. This is our basis for contending for a healing breakthrough. Jesus gave us a model for ministry and commanded us to carry His power to heal in Mark 16:18 and Luke 24:49.
Matthew 6:10, 3 John 2 John 14:12, 20:21, 3 John 2
We are a community with a passion to reach nations with the gospel of the kingdom and the truth of God’s word. We are influencers as salt, light and leaven in our world for Christ.
Matthew 9:36-38, Acts 1:8, Colossians 4:2-3
We are a house that equips the saints for the work of ministry through training and ongoing activation. We believe the Lord can speak through each of us to edify, exhort and comfort one another.
Ephesians 4:12, John 10:27, 1 Corinthians 14:1-5.
Our History
We began as a Bible study in August 2016 with a purpose to open up a “beginner friendly” space for students to study the bible and be introduced to an encounter with the Holy Spirit. With the covering and support of many spiritual fathers and mothers combined with a growing hunger and value for supernatural discipleship, we were led shortly after to begin Ahava Middle GA in January 2017. We have grown to now having several arms of ministry, which encouraged us to change our name to Ahava Ministries in 2020

Our Statement of Faith

There is only one true God who is the eternal King, Creator and Redeemer of all that is. He is perfectly holy, just, loving and truthful. He has revealed Himself to be eternally self-existent – one being in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God. It is the basis and foundation by which we judge all doctrine and matters.
Humankind was created in the image of God to know and enjoy Him yet we willfully rejected the Lordship and glory of God for which we were intended. Because of this, sickness, death and judgment entered the world and now creation experiences the effects and consequences of sin.
The Lord Jesus Christ, the one and only Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin, Mary, and is God’s Anointed One, empowered by the Holy Spirit to inaugurate God’s kingdom on earth. He was crucified for our sins, died, was buried, resurrected and ascended into heaven, and is now alive today in the presence of God the Father and in His people. He is “true God” and “true man.”
We are saved by God’s grace, through faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ. Anyone can be restored to fellowship with God through repentance, believing and receiving Jesus as their Savior and Lord.
The Holy Spirit, convicts, regenerates, justifies, and adopts us as we enter the kingdom of God as His sons and daughters. In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live holy and minister supernaturally.
The baptism of the Holy Spirit according to Acts 1:4-8 and 2:4 is poured out on believers that they might have power to be witnesses. The victorious redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides freedom from the power of the enemy – sin, lies, sickness and torment.
The Church consists of all who put their faith in Jesus Christ. He gave His church the ordinances of baptism and communion. The Church exists to carry on the ministry of Jesus Christ and further advance His kingdom by undoing the works of the enemy, preaching and living the good news of God’s love, and discipling the nations – baptizing and teaching them to love and obey God.
In the ever-increasing government of God and in the Blessed Hope, which is the glorious visible return of our Lord Jesus Christ for His overcoming bride – His church. Heaven and hell are real places. There will be a resurrection of the saved and the lost, the one to life and the other to death.
