In our Children and Youth ministry we believe there is no junior Holy Spirit. We seek to disciple the next generation in the word and presence of God helping them to walk in deep friendship with God and take bold risks for the kingdom.

Children's Director
Dehn Oliver
Dehn is a mother of 2 and began attending Ahava in 2019. She now serves as our Children’s Ministry Director and oversees our Elementary & Preschool Classrooms. Even when she’s not serving, she’s always playing with children and putting a smile on their face! Her passion is for children to learn about Jesus and who they are in Him!
Preschool
We believe there is no junior Holy Spirit and no age too young to begin learning about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We plan our lessons and crafts around this truth, inviting children to engage with their Heavenly Father and grow in their knowledge of Him.
Check-In for our Preschool class begins at 10:15am every Sunday
Elementary
Our elementary kids stay in service during worship under the care of their parents. They are encouraged to engage with God through worship and learn by the example of their parents! This is an invaluable time that cultivates a hunger for God’s presence in these little ones!
Elementary kids can be taken to class for a kid friendly Bible lesson immediately after worship ends.
Youth
We believe God has appointed parents to train up their children in the way they should go. We want to partner with you in laying the foundation of your children’s faith in Jesus Christ, that they may be rooted and established in His love.
Youth meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 6pm! To find out more, email us below!
